Customer Success Manager

N-Drip is on a mission to save water resources while supporting agriculture around the world. Our disruptive gravity-powered micro-irrigation solution and our decision support system, N-Drip Connect™, enable sustainable farming and an efficient water-energy-food cycle.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a new member to join our US team full-time, to help us lead the change in agriculture.

Main responsibilities

  • Customer Relationships: Building strong relationships with farmers to ensure that they are satisfied with our products and services, understanding their needs, identifying challenges, and working with them to find solutions that meet their business requirements.
  • Onboarding: Onboarding new clients and ensuring they have a smooth experience with N-Drip Connect. This includes conducting training sessions, providing technical support, and helping clients set up and customize their accounts.
  • User retention: Identifying opportunities for clients to get the most value out of N-Drip ConnectTM, and ensuring they continue to use the product over time.
  • App Optimization: Ensuring that our web and mobile decision support system is up to date, and providing the best possible value to farmers; working with the agronomy team to gather data from the field; ensuring that the system is optimized to provide the most relevant insights, and that any necessary updates are made in a timely manner.
  • Prioritization: Setting priorities for the team and managing time effectively.
  • System monitoring: Tracking alerts and monitoring ongoing problems in the field.

Skills and qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the technology industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Technical orientation, strong technical knowledge, and experience in technology training.

Additional notes:

  • This position involves travel within Arizona and abroad.
  • Availability may be required at unusual hours, as part of supporting global operations.
  • This is a full-time position (office/ visiting farms).
