Field Service Representative for N-Drip Connect™

N-Drip is on a mission to save water resources while supporting agriculture around the world. Our disruptive gravity-powered micro-irrigation solutions and our decision support system, N-Drip Connect™, enable sustainable farming and an efficient water-energy-food cycle.

As we continue to expand, we are looking to recruit a Field Service Representative to support our customers in India. This representative will carry out installations and maintenance, provide customer service, assist with the company’s development efforts, and help us lead the change in agriculture.

Main responsibilities

• Installing and repairing sensors in agricultural fields.
• Remotely monitoring sensor faults.
• Managing customers’ fields using the N-Drip Connect^TM admin app.
• Providing training on the system to the company’s customers.
• Supporting the local manufacture of the sensors.

Skills and qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in agricultural or gardening work.
• High-level communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Driver’s license.
• 2 years of experience working with computer software – an advantage for monitoring applications.

Additional notes:

• This role is based in Machiwada, Punjab, but involves travel around the states of Punjab and Uttar Pradesh.
