Field Service Representative

N-Drip is on a mission to save water resources while supporting agriculture around the world. Our disruptive gravity-powered micro-irrigation solutions and our decision support system, N-Drip Connect™, enable sustainable farming and an efficient water-energy-food cycle.

As we continue to expand, we are looking to recruit a Field Service Representative to join our Israel-based N-Drip Connect™ team, and help us lead the change in agriculture. This representative will carry out, installations and maintenance provide customer service and assist with the company’s development efforts.

Service Area

Southern District (Israel)

Main responsibilities

• Installing and repairing sensors in agricultural fields
• Fault tracking
• Providing service to the company’s customers
• Providing training on the system
• Assisting with the company’s global system installations (overseas travel may be involved)

Skills and qualifications

• Previous experience in agricultural work
• High-level communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Current driver’s license

• Residential area – North Negev, Lachish – significant advantage
• This role requires a long-term commitment
• The position is also suitable for veterans – preferred work (avoda moadefet)
