R&D Researcher

N-Drip is on a mission to save water resources while supporting agriculture around the world. Our disruptive gravity-powered micro-irrigation solutions and our decision support system, N-Drip Connect™, enable sustainable farming and an efficient water-energy-food cycle.

We are looking to hire a dependable researcher to work on various R&D projects. The successful candidate will be in charge of planning, executing, and interpreting research projects, analysing the gathered data, and presenting findings.

Main responsibilities

• Examining the company’s products and products in development.
• Building and testing work plans, conducting and analysing experiments.
• Performing analyses and defining problems and obstacles in products and projects.
• Conducting literature reviews.
• Developing and directing given research assignments.
• Formulating and conducting R&D experiments and collecting data.
• Performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and assessment.
• Documenting, reporting on, and presenting research findings to management and client.
• Supporting global field crews, using content and methodology expertise to inform and strengthen project design, deliverables, and actionable dissemination.

Skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics or a related field – required; master’s degree -preferred.
• Strong mathematical and statistical skills.
• Solid quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Experience generating and/or using data to drive insights and action.
• Basic technical, mechanical, and electronic skills.
• Experience with formulating and executing experiments.
• Familiarity with Excel, R, Python.

Additional notes

• This role entails travel abroad and within Israel.
• Candidates must be available at unusual hours, to support N-Drip’s global operations.
• This is a full-time hybrid role.
• There is a chance for relocation in the future.
