Job Description:

N-Drip aims to expand its collaboration with global significant market leaders, supporting Agricultural initiatives and impact on livelihood.

N-Dirp’s Commercial project manager will lead the development and implementation of our strategic collaborations with CPGs and strategic partners.

  1. The Commercial project manager will lead all the commercial and operational aspects of the collaboration with the strategic partners.
  2. Hands-on Project management (timelines, coordination, and budget).
  3. Cross company coordination of activities, timelines, and resources.
  4. Identify and manage mitigation of potential risks in multiple regions and locations.
  5. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and service providers.
  6. Lead capacity scale-up and expansion plans.
  7. Implement knowledge transfer from HQ to the field.
  8. Reporting back to management on projects and scale processes.


Role definition:

  1. Hands-on pre-sale and after-sale operation
  2. Hands-on leading the scale-up plan and strategy with the strategic partners, In collaboration with the local team members (management and operational).
  3. Source and coordinate local partners for the project’s implementation.
  4. To manage the logistics and field operations (via local partners) in order to make the project realize and commissioned.
  5. To build the scale up the program in the different regions/states with accordance and collaboration with N-Drip’s strategic partner’s sustainability and supply chain units.
  6. To supervise (remotely) and report to HQ on all project status.
  7. Hands-on support and manage the day-to-day activities of the different objectives with regard to the scale program and ongoing projects.
  8. Visits to the different locations globally in order to promote and monitor the ongoing projects and scale-up program.


Qualification requirements

  1. ­3+ years’ experience in global commercial operations.
  2. Deep knowledge of commercial project management
  3. Highly experience in collaboration with global commercial entities
  4. Highly motivated, organized, extremely detail-oriented, and meticulous.
  5. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a dynamic and demanding work environment.
  1. The position requires frequent trips abroad.
  2. Result orientation, proactivity, problem-solving, enthusiasm, and dynamism.
  3. Full control of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  4. Experience with analytics & CRM systems.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (preferable native      English)
  1. Experience in a global b2b / b2c company – an advantage.
  2. Experience in the Agriculture industry – an advantage.

The Key Account Manager’s main role is to lead N-Drip’s sales growth in Queensland by leading direct sales, creating strategic alliances and relationships with important reseller organisations, regional distributors, and large farming corporations. The Key Account Manager is the leader of the sales team and reports directly to N-Drip Australia General Manager.



  • Engage and maintain close contacts with growers and companies in the region, in sake of developing sales.
  • Create and maintain close relationships with key industry players in each region, including, university researchers, distributors, corporate farmers, and associations/groups to enable a comprehensive understanding of trends and
  • Leader of the sales team for all that it implies.
  • Business travel required Australia wide.
  • Support installations, service requirements and operational needs


Sales Duties

  • Plan and facilitate routine strategic sales calls with sales team, regional distributors
  • Sales team leader including recruiting, training, monitoring, customer service and coordination of sales efforts across the different regions.
  • Ensure sales team provides good service and support to N-Drip’s partners and distributors
  • Participate in sales activities including conferences, trade shows, field days etc.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity weekly to build and adapt appropriate strategic plan for the assigned geography
  • In charge of correct usage and implementation of N-Drip’s CRM in the company.
  • Other duties as assigned including technical installation support.
  • Periodic reporting of the Sales plan progress and statistics to GM.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven track record in managing sales teams.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial sales position.
  • Experience in the agriculture sector is highly desirable (Cotton and Grains favourable).
  • Agronomy diploma or degree is favourable.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, or independently if required.

we are looking for reliable, motivated casual and full-time staff to help our teams in QLD (mainly in St. George & Toowoomba regions) and NSW (North Eastern region around Moree, Narrabri & Boggabri) with upcoming installations and maintenance on existing systems.

Main responsibilities

  • Hands-on installation of systems in the field, including the moving and operation of drip tape deployers & retrievers
  • Providing customers with system maintenance & support
  • Visiting different farms in the region, as needed


Skills and experience

  • Experience in broad-acre drip irrigation – preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and quickly learn new skills
  • A positive attitude, initiative and drive
  • Current driver’s license and own car for travelling between farms
